Connect with your club or program on MatScout. When you join a team, you can see your teammates, read the scouting reports your coaches write for you, and get coach notes on your matches. Your own reports stay private unless you make them public or share them with someone.
Find a team
Search for your club, dojo, or program by name or location. Request to join and your coach will be notified to approve your membership.
Create a team
Can’t find your club on MatScout? Start a new team for your dojo, school, or program. Invite athletes directly or share a QR code for your gym wall.
Shared scouting
Your coaches write scouting reports for the athletes they are preparing. You see every report written for you, so you know what your coach knows before competition day.
Member directory
See who else from your club is on MatScout. Browse the roster, find teammates, and connect your preparation to theirs.
Coach accountability
Share a match report or scouting report with your coach, and they can review it and leave feedback in a private thread between the two of you.
You control what your team sees
Joining a team doesn’t make everything public. Practice notes are always private — your personal training journal that no one else can see. Match logs and individual scouting reports are yours to share or keep private. Team scouting reports are visible to the team's owner, coaches, and managers, and to the athletes each report is written for (or their parents). You decide what your teammates and coach see.
